WHO ARE WE?

Our mission is to engage and empower the youth of the Teton Sioux community through the art of origami—using this creative practice as a unique bridge to celebrate, preserve, and promote Lakota culture and heritage.

By thoughtfully integrating traditional Lakota stories, symbols, and values into origami activities, we offer children a hands-on learning experience that encourages artistic expression, cultural pride, and a deeper connection to their identity as Lakota.

Rooted in mutual respect and cultural exchange, this program aims to nurture creativity, strengthen cultural roots, and inspire the next generation of tradition-bearers within the Teton Sioux community.
